Why Terms and Conditions?

It is an agreement, an expectation and a guideline, we (The owner and the user) mutually accept while accessing the website ‘www.goldege.com’ or a mobile app.

Whether Terms and Conditions are required legally?

It is not a compulsory legal requirement but it is in the best interest of all the parties concerned.

Intellectual Property Clause

By using/browsing the https://www.goldege.com/ hereinafter called the Website and the mobile app to be launched in near future hereinafter called the App, the person browsing and using the Website and/or the App hereinafter called the User agrees: -

That the contents of the Website and/or App belongs to the Owner of the Website and/or their respective owners until and unless claim of ownership raised by the User or any other person concerned directly or indirectly.
That the User agrees that he/she will not sell, rent, share, distribute and/or transfer or offer similar activity of any of the content of the Website and/or App without the prior written permission of the respective owner(s).
That the User agrees that he/she will not use the contents except for non-commercial and personal purposes.
That the User will have no right to have access to all or any part in the source code.

Copyright Infringement and Trademark Rights

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, we have a policy of removing user submissions that violets copyright law, suspending access to the Services (or any portion thereof) to any user who uses the services in violation of copyright law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances of the account of any user who uses the services in violation of copyright law. Pursuant to Title 17 of the United State Code, Section 512, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998(“DMCA”), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and processing such claims in accordance with the law.

If you believe a user of the Services is infringing your copyright, please provide written notice to our email support@goldege.com for notice of claims of copyright infringement.

The Website and/or App allows users to share their contents, post and media however the User retain the ownership of such content.

User Registration

The Website and/or App allows or about to allow the users to register/save their credentials with the Website Owners and in this regards it is stated that: -

That the user credentials will be kept confidential.
The users are responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords safe.
If the user believes that their credentials get stolen or believe someone gained unauthorized access to their account, the User must contact and inform us immediately about such event.

Website Acceptable Uses

The User may use the Website and/or the App only for lawful personal use, and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, terminate your right to use the Website and/or App at any time and may take all available legal recourse for actual or suspended violation of these terms and conditions. By making Website and App available for the use of the User does not consent them to act as the Agent or fiduciary on behalf of the Owner.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The User or the Visitor of the Website and/or App is restricted some do some activities like:

Advocating violence: The User is restricted to promote violence by any method of acts i.e. post, images and/or videos.
Using the platform or site for illegal activities: The User not allowed to use this platform or Website or App for illegal activities.
Sending junk mail, spam, or chain letters: The User is hereby restricted to send junk mail, spam or chain letters to the official email id of the Company or the Owner.
The User is also restricted to expose another user's personal information, including username(s) and password(s)

Termination:

By you: We’d hate to see you go, but you may terminate your account at any time by sending your intension to our email id at support@goldege.com

By us: We will terminate you and delete your account if we found you against any our policy and your acts are found against the Owner interest.

Pricing, Payment and Web Services

Pricing are shown on the Website and/or on the App are subject to change with or without prior notice as per the Owner’s policy and claim of the user changing the amount as a dispute will not considered on any ground. Electronic payment methods like UPI, Wallet and Payment Gateways are implemented or to be implemented are automatic and require least human interface therefore any claim of loss, penalty, interest or with the same nature will not be considered on any ground and the Owner will not bear any financial amount on any condition. However, if some amount has been debited from the User’s bank account but same failed to get credited in the Owner’s Bank Account, the Owner will try to find out the reason and will make his best effort to trace the amount and will try to get it credited with the User’s bank account or with the Owner’s Bank account.

Best efforts are made to make available the Website and/or the App round the clock for all the days i.e.24x7x365. But there is no guarantee of smooth services all the time. The Owner and the related/concerned officials will not be held responsible for any dispute on this ground. No dispute will be entertained on any ground and Zero financial liability will be borne the Owner.

Limitations and Liability

Use of the Website:
Users acknowledge that the website's use is at their own risk. The website owner is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use of the website.

Accuracy of Information:
