Shipping/Delivery Policy
The Owner and its team make the efforts to deliver of the products timely and safely. It is also tried to inform the buyer regularly about the shipment of the products in normal course but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of postal/ carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. In this case we keep the buyer informed about the shipment and make our best efforts to deliver the delayed shipment. No dispute due to circumstance delays accepted on any ground. The Owner’s financial liability is limited to the value of the shipment only. Nothing more than the shipment amount will be paid on any ground and/or any circumstance.
Any problems with your order delivery? Please inform us via email, phone and WhatsApp messages about such problem within reasonable time i.e. within one week after item leaves the Owner premises i.e. the Date when item booked and reaches to the carrier agency or within 15 days item get delivered. Please note the Owner’s financial responsibility is limited to the shipment value only.
If you get any product damaged/short products then claims will only be accepted when you have the proper video recording of the product delivered from opening the shipment box to items received.
When you get the shipment delivered, it is expected you will make a video that will show the product box as delivered then your details of the Label fixed on the box, then you will open the box using knife or any other cutting device. After that you will focus video on the invoice and items in the invoice. After that you will show the product received in the video properly.
Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed and confirmed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
Customization or Personalization:
If the order requires customization or personalization, additional processing time may be necessary. The customer will be notified of any such delays during the ordering process.
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: same as above.
Standard shipping within state i.e. Delhi typically takes Two business days for delivery after order processing. This estimate may vary based on the destination and carrier efficiency.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping options are available for customers who require faster delivery. Expedited shipping generally takes Two/Three business days to one week after order processing.
International Shipping:
For international orders, delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs processing. International orders may take between fifteen business days to eight weeks for delivery after order processing.
